Marcella Atelier designs and sews her wedding dresses in her own workshop in Nilüfer, Bursa. There is no contract manufacturing; the modelist, who moulds a wedding dress, runs his own rehearsals.
Aveline has six layers on her skirt. Each layer is cut separately, the ends are curled and sewn by hand. Skirting alone takes about thirty hours.
Measurements are in centimeters. Wedding dress sizes are selected one size larger than the daily outfit.
